Adds Whitelisting capability using python script + mutator --> (rcon calls)
Kicks players who weren't authorized
--You should enter token when you join server instead of password.-- when authorized by bot (token was right) you will be white-listed.

Change Config.py file and add your discord bot token, discord user ids (who will be authority) and put rcon ip, password and port.
after that you can run bot/server and everything will be done for you
after hosting bot, you can write anywhere with bot or dm it one of these commands:
!whitelist <-- lists whitelisted player ids
!tokens <--- shows free tokens
!addtokens COUNT<-- adds COUNT amount of tokens (every token is single use and is removed after someone used it)
!addUsers USER1 USER2 USER3 <== adds users to white list (put steamids here)
