1000x Engineer Backpack Space

Makes the Default vanilla male and female engineers have x1000 backpack space.

(Max storage settings for the engineer go from 4000 to 4,000,000)

For people who hate all cargo vehicles of any kind, no matter what.

(Note, if you don't see a difference, you have to re-spawn/die :) )
