1x1 Solar Panels Rebuilt

This is a complete rebuild of }DT{'s 1x1 solar panels mod. I loved the original mod and have used it for years, but it's been looking dated and having issues from using out of date definition files for quite some time now.

Since this will likely be asked, this mod does use the same subtypeIDs and block orientations as the original and it is safe to switch over to this one.

What's new?
Other than the subtypeIDs being the same, everything else is my own work. I've rebuilt the models for the panels and build stages, new icons, and the cubeblock file has been remade with the latest solar panel definitions. I have kept the original aesthetic of simple square panels since I always liked that look, but the textures now match the newer vanilla solar panels and the power indicator (on those variants) is slightly more detailed to match better with current vanilla style.

In addition to model changes, I've removed DT's mini solar cell custom component. It bugged me that the small grid version of these needed their own components which required platinum to build when vanilla small grid panels did not.

All panels now also have mount points on their sides so they can be built in more places and it will allow for more design options.

Power output of all panels have been adjusted to match a block to block ratio of the current vanilla panel outputs. This has resulted in a very slight increase for most panels compared to the original mod as vanilla solar panels have had a bit of a buff since the original mod was released. The increase is most notable in the small grid panels.
