Designed to be extremely cheap and easy to build from blueprint, yet still stylish. Only downsides of PV-4 are it's small cargo capacity and driving stability in high speeds. Argonaut Industries likes to remind that PV-4 is not a racing vehicle, it's a light offroad utility rover.
