Alb's Survival Jetpack

This mod is my own attempt at making a balanced and fun jetpack mod. It's just another nerfed jetpack mod.

• Hydrogen efficiency remains the same.
  []Reduced thrust power significantly on planets AND in space
  []When in 1.0 gravity = Your jetpack (when facing straight forward and not tilted) is just barely incapable of holding you in the air. You are capable of making "floating jumps" but can't stay up in the air for very long. UNLESS you tilt sideways, utilizing more of your thrusters; and if you do that, you're capable of true flight, albeit awkwardly.

Tilting your character slightly sideways effectively gives you significantly stronger thrust (multiple thrust directions being utilized). I find this difficult to balance around.
I don't want fuel consumption to be any faster than it is now. I've tried ultra-quick consumption rates before, and I found it to be very annoying and not fun (constantly losing thrust between bottle refills).
