This is updated version of derCoda's Beton mod. UPD. Since derCoda updated original mod to DX11, my version will be here (with his permission) because of components rebalance.
What's new: - Oxygen compatibility - DX11 compatibility (DX9 compatible too) - Full cost and integrity rebalance - English names for blocks (there were German names in original mod)
This mod includes 10 blocks: 7 concrete blocks, 2 armor plates and one girder block.
[h1]Attention! If you have problems with some slits on blocks, set "Model quality" option in graphic settings to "high". For now I can do nothing with that on my side, because mod sources are lost and my 3d-modeling skill is poor.[/h1]
Features: - All blocks in this mod can't be deformed. - Concrete blocks have a bit less integrity than heavy armor blocks, but much more cheaper and heavier two times. - Grinding time for concrete blocks is more than welding time to protect your bases from griefers with grinders in multiplayer. - Two components - Cement and Granulated Sand, created mostly of gravel. For balancing reasons, Cement will be destroyed if you'll grind concrete blocks. - Mod includes changed stone-to-gravel refining blueprint to make you mine 10% less gravel and refine it 2 times faster.
