Description
This is a rebalance of MANY features of the game, from particle effects, to weapon behaviors and performance, to build requirements and component health, ship speeds, PCU and more.
It includes many server-specific settings, and as such is not suitable for use with most other mods. [There is a HIGH chance of this mod conflicting with other mods!]
