Features:

Tents (these are like cryopods but they don't have any conveyor input but will keep you alive if they have power and are in a pressurised environment. and they can change colour though don't work well with dark colours)

Log Seat *** just a seat that cant control grids)

Solar trees (there are three variation of these there the oak tree, spruce tree and pine tree they produce power in the sun like solar panels)

Battery Bush (This is a bush that stores power)

Voxel blocks (These are blocks that just have the same textures as there voxel counterpart there is sand, snow and grass)

Campfire (This is an exhaust block and currently it locked behind the wasteland DLC due to a bug that makes it so you cant remove the DLC particle effects which is why i would like to ask for people to thumbs up this post so that it can get fixed and modders can make exhaust blocks with out needing to lock them behind the dlc wall https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/pc/topic/modding-exhaust-availableeffects-not-actually-doing-anythink )
