A simple copy of Sage's Hi Tech camera mod, with a custom texture made by me to be clean and clear.
Fixed the inherent issue to Sage's version with power overloads causing the camera to deactivate. Added in the FOV min and max that was missing. Added in the damage particle effects. They may have been added after Sage made this mod.
