The final version of the Death Lotus, a projector based cluster missile in this case designed for orbital strikes. After many attempts to try and convert the Death Lotus to proper use on planets these are my results.. it has it's uses still, especially as an orbital bombardment weapon, but definitely has it's flaws too! So perhaps the final lotus, mk VI..
Please watch the attached video to get an idea. Toolbar 3 contains the buttons to make things work and I've tried to name timers etc in a way that makes sense.
1. Point at planetary target from above in space. 2. Launch missile 3. Prepare for either game crash or a massive explosion.
Be aware when the sim speed drops some weirdness can happen, like self detonation. It shouldn't, but does..
