Default Character Inventory, H2 and O2 x5

Simply the default character file edited to allow for 5 times the inventory, H2 and O2 capacity. This should permit players to keep realistic settings for other cargo and mass while still providing you the ability to move more freely with less back and forth for early game construction without welding ships.

Now includes a slight increase in backpack thrust power (about 10%), slight increase in jump force (about 40%) and double the dampening/slowdown effect from your backpack!

Supports both male and female characters.

While I am not versed in creating new character models, modifying the SBC's to alter the default characters is very doable. Please feel free to make any requests to that end, if it is something I can figure out and make happen...I will!
