If added to your save this mod will disable the MES combat phase the next time you load in and will continue to do so even after a save-as.
None of my mods use combat phase and I prefer to avoid HUD clutter wherever possible, unfortunately MES settings don't copy when you 'save-as' so this gets around that issue.
