[DX11] SlopeLadders by KSY

Adds a 2x1 ladder at an angle, requiring no interaction or physics weirdness! Space Engineers allows you to walk up extreme angles, so I made one that looks like a maintenance ladder. Half & Lighted variants! Idea credit @RoofLes on Twitch. Added to mod.io at request of @nbp on Steam.

KSY PRESENTS: THE SLOPE LADDER

It's a ladder. It's a slope. That's about it. It's pretty cheap and pretty light because I really didn't think it'd be something that one could take advantage of, but if anyone has any reccomendations for different values that would be helpful.

WHAT ARE YOU REALLY GETTING?

A ladder. It's 2x1. It has little lights on it. It's fully colorable (the ladder, not the lights, although if you want colorable lights feel free to leave a comment). It can be placed in either 1 2x1 block or two 1x1 blocks, and there is a version (2x1) that has a light built in.

DX11 + Mostly DX9 Combatible. The DX9 colorable system is strange and confusing, and now so horribly outdated that this probably won't be fixed.
