Engineer Suit Tweaks - Limited Jetpack

Updated definitions for sounds and character poses.
Update: now after going to space, the thrust in space is way too small, this has been doubled from the listed value, its now just under one third that of the vanilla space thrust capabilities (so two thirds less).
Update: after playing with this briefly, reduced fuel usage by about 20%, and made female engineers thrust and hydrogen values match male engineer.

This took quite a few hours to test and change n test again etc, what this does is increases the fuel capacity of the suit, but makes it less efficient to compensate, which makes a vanilla Hydrogen Bottle refill your suit fuel only twice.

With this, you can fly shortly, the more thrust directions you use, the faster you will see the fuel get used, also your jetpack will not be able to refil your suit immediately, there will be approximately 1 second when you are ballistic, before refuel, but this will not disable your jetpack's operation mode, however, if there is no more fuel to get from the Hydrogen Bottle, this will then disable the jetpack. in Earthlike gravity, you should be able to get about 1km with 1 Hydrogen Bottle, depending on your efficient flying skills.

While just hovering, the Jetpack fuel consumption is low enough to refuel from a Hydrogen Bottle without running out completely. The suit still has a special (magic) dampener just not as strong as vanilla, so on the Earthlike planet's 1.0g, falling straight down at max vanilla speed of 109m/s, you need approx 260m stopping distance.

So, this should make the game more challenging, and at the same time still allow you to survive or get back in your ship if you accidentally bail out while flying :) just add some decent remote flying capabilities to your ship incase you cant get back in it :P

Jetpack in space might be lowered a little too much here, either way let me know some feedbacks on this :)
