We made a a thing!

And the thing is a script, not a mod. It must not appear in any modlist. Just subscribe as a client, and load it into a programmable block in game.

Configure your cockpits, control stations, programmable blocks, lcds' (basically everything that has a screen) to display the fill level of your grid blocks.

Quick Example:

Example for a cockpit with multiple screens - Write the following to custom data of the cockpit:

ShowStats
Panel 0
Battery,optional:WideBar
Hydrogen
Panel 3
Cargo
Panel 1
Drill
Connector

Example for a normal screen:

ShowStats
Battery
Hydrogen Engine
Reactor,optional
Cargo 2

I've implemented a workaround for multiplayer/servers. Thanks to Snarfster42 for pointing me into the right direction. I'm also quite shure the outcome will not be perfect, so i would appreciate your feedback on using this on multiplayer, as well as your feedback in general.
