to configure it in the similar way:
open Config-General.xml in the folder c:\...\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated\Saves\[World Name]\Storage\mod.io_750855.sbm_ModularEncountersSystems\
and set to:
<IgnorePlanetWhitelists>true</IgnorePlanetWhitelists>
