Ultramarine character changes

• Added a new Ultramarine character definition with a custom astronaut model and dedicated visual setup.

Ultramarine stat changes

• Added a custom Ultramarine_Health stat with 125 default health, 500 max, and 100 reduced-on-spawn value.

Gameplay impact

• The Ultramarine variant starts more durable than the default astronaut, but still remains within a balanced health range.

• Radiation and immunity are handled through custom stats, making the character easier to tune independently from the vanilla setup.

• Food behavior is also customized, including hunger decay and critical penalties, which gives the character a distinct survival profile.
