Vanilla Mechanics Expansion - Double Rotor / Hinge (WIP)

This adds a vanilla-like, double-sided hinge / advanced rotor. It has conveyor connections on both sides of the stator, allowing you to create a centrifuge-like ship without the additional clang (praise be).
It allows a normal hinge part to be connected, including the small ship variant
[h2]--- WARNING ---[/h2] Adding a new small part through the GUI will crash your game. I apparently need to create a new small double-sided variant. For now, you can attach it instead without a problem.
There is also a future plan to make a large 3x3 walk-through, air-tight version.
