Grym's Solar System Adjustments

This mod is intended for the "200K PCU (No block limits)" server.

It adds trace elements to stone, better ice to hydrogen, better hydrogen to energy, larger asteroids, zone chips last longer, passenger seat can now control the ship (makes the planet spawn pod easier to use), and some other minor changes.
