SMALL SHIP SLIM BATTERY
Function: Slim Batteries are a cheaper alternative to vanilla batteries or capacitors for small ships. They take only a third of their volume, but consequently are only 25% as effective.
This 3x2x1 block is a simple modification of vanilla Keen battery. The indicators on the larger sides are rotated differently to suit various block orientation on ships. Block efficiency is not at 33% because it misses on economy of scale, if you will.
With the fresher game updates the cost of Cell components has been decreased, and the block may seem obsolete, but it is still useful as a cheap capacitor or in games with custom industry balance.
Colorable, DX11-compatible, with simple construction models - it relies on parent block resources.
