High-power Spotlight

FOR WHEN REGULAR SPOTLIGHTS JUST AREN'T ENOUGH, bring in the blindingly bright High-power Spotlights instead.

These lights are a seperate block from the vanilla spotlights, require computers to build, and consume 4x the power in exchange for a possible 4x the light radius, up to *** m. (Default is 240 m.) These lights also cast a wider beam, without the big white bar of light emitting from the block.

They work on both small and large ships, and are "balanced" for both sizes in terms of power usage and materials cost.
