Description
As terraforming of Sol's planets and moons improved, the size of ships able to fly in atmospheres increased dramatically. Vast Skybases and Helicarriers started to be deployed to increasingly valuable worlds and were able to create huge spheres of influence for their factions. As the CEU could not afford to miss out on these new opportunities, HS engineers were tasked with finding a way to take down these mobile fortresses. Their answer was the Tarantula Atmospheric Strike Bomber. Equipped with two HS Pattern AGASP's, the Tarantula is a deadly ambush craft. Pilots are trained to find a secluded spot and lay in wait for large enemy atmospheric craft. When a target is spotted, to Tarantula takes to the skies and unleashes up to eight deadly guided missiles at the target. Primary targets are often VTOL nacelles, which, if destroyed, usually result in a catastrophic uncontrolled decent for the unfortunate target. Despite it's powerful attack, the Tarantula is quite slow when loaded and lacks any defensive weaponry and therefore should be used as part of a coordinated attack.

I try to make all my ships suitable for use in survival PvP and I'm trying to achieve some sort of balance between vessels to allow for multiple fleet builds, if you use my ships and find a good combination or a bug/problem, let me know.
