Hydrogen Density 2x

Based on the BouncySlime mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1800496276

A small adjustment in hydrogen density from 0.0015 (vanilla) to 0.003 in order to have 2x the energy capacity of hydrogen in tanks and bottles.

Not dependent on scripts, so it should work in the console. Confirm me so I can also publish the x4 and x8 versions.
