The Termite is the IMDC's workhorse concerning mining and minerals.The long drills (or mandibels) reach deep under the rocky surface of the asteroids and collect most of the ore, while the integrated gravity field with the collectors get the rest. Integrated refineries process the ore between the collection of the precious ressources. All components can easily be accessed by the crew. The Termite has light armor and 2 gatling guns as defense against smaller aggressors.
