IMDC Protos-class Corvette Mk.III
The Protos-class is a fast and agile ship equipped with four gatling turrets to either scout enemy territory or to protect larger friendly vessels from torpedos, fighters and bombers. It is able to land and start from any planet, thanks to large turbo jets and hydro thrusters. This iteration of the Protos is much cheaper in platinum, as it only has 3 large ion thrusters. Instead some hydro thrusters are installed for when more performance is needed.
As military scout and escort corvette the Protos possesses no refinery, but you can set up a base anywhere with the integrated assembler and blast furnace.
