Based on vanilla HUD elements and "HUD Colors" mod palette.
- Hydrogen, Oxygen, Energy and Health bars are colored - Dampeners, Jetpack, Helmet, and Grid Power indicators are are colored with soft colors and highlighted with red when off - Right plate (ship status) not shown when you're out of the ship/station - 3 modes - with building panel shown, without it, and no HUD. Switching by "Tab"
