MA Plasma Reactor System

WIP: Plasma thrusters are coming!

This contains a reactor which converts plasma fuel to energized gas, and generators which run directly off this.

This is preliminary release, there will probably be a lot of balancing tweaks as I try to iron things out. The purpose of this is to supplement our power options, the normal reactors will still have their place when it comes to high power density.

DO NOT RUN THIS WITH OXYGEN DISABLED IN WORLD SETTINGS!

This is a keen crash, it has been reported and until they fix this, not much I can do about it. Simple fix is make sure "Enable Oxygen" is checked in the advanced world settings. It is on by default. If you get crash when trying to place reactor then check this setting.

XBOX USERS PLEASE READ!! The following things will not work on xbox because of the whole "no scripts" thing: -Gas fix script. Expect H2 thrusters to burn your precious plasma energy. -Built-in lights. -Spinning effect.
