MA Stackable Wind Turbine

Xbox players: Mods are now enabled on the beta test version.

Functionally identical to the vanilla wind turbine, but stackable! Includes a 15 meter long pole, and a light lantern.

The light lantern is to spread low-intensity light over a very large area.

Some info on how the turbines work:

They scan horizontally to verify no obstructions to a distance of 20m. The more things this raycast detects, the worse the efficiency is. If it completely surrounded then considered blocked and efficiency drops to zero. They also check for clearance off the ground, "optimal" being 25m. Since they do not scan vertically for obstructions, stacking them vertically is novel and efficient.
