MAN Industries HUD Colours

Changes Colours of HUD elements. as i said this is a WIP but current features are:

Done:

• Health Bar: Goes from Green to Orange to red
• Helmet Icon: Appears as red when off
• Dampener Icon: Goes green for Auto Dampener
• All Energies and Fuels recoloured
• Bottle colours reworked
• When Speed is going max speed* progress bar will flash red at *Actually 94% of max speed (which on vanilla is about 99.56 m/s for a grid)
• Jetpack icon flashes red when low on hydrogen
• Magboots coloured green.
• Ship Energy goes green through to orange at 50% load to red at 95%.

To do:

• Rest of icons recolored i.e flashlight yellow. (part done just need to decide more colours)
