Armor changes: Edges removed Console PCU reduced to 1

UPDATE 5/17/22: Swapped Heavy and Light increase was Heavy=2.5x and Light=2.0x original damage reduction

UPDATE 2/27/22: Fixed missing menu icons. Refreshed files from Warfare2 Update and fixed the missing damage multiplier... reset back to .02 for heavy and .05 for light armor, added damage multiplier for panels too!
