Moon Crystalia

Since Space Mining Universal's incursioning in comercial space ship design, the company has been settling new horizons for the industry. SMU has established an exploration division with the sole purpose of finding planets, plausible for huge mining operations, for our clients.

Moon Crystalia is located in the Seti Star System in the Julius Formation at the very fringes of the galaxy. Crystalia has been HaleE2's Moon for millenia, but due to a catastrophic event, now the orbit is slowly starting to deviate from HaleE2. In a foreseeable future the moon will spin out of orbit into deep space. Though Crystalia's atmosphere isn't apt for humans, it is quite serene and no storms ever form, which makes it at the moment an incredible prospect for huge mining operations. Though the moon's underground isn't as rich in ore deposits, the surface is filled with precious quartz crystals which can be mined for Silicon.
