Multiplex Tooling Available

Are you sick of having tools that just feel like they're not very efficient? Are you a user with a server that can benefit from a PCU restriction? Enter Multiplex Tooling Available! This mod adds twelve new blocks, all of which are enhanced versions of the block tools already in the game. Each upgrade has a "double range, triple build time" approach to the balancing (SBC edit limitations means I cannot adjust the power usage, the build time and component usage are the only ones I can edit).

The block types added are as follows: Drill, Welder, Grinder

And here are the suffixes for each block type's upgrades (from smallest to biggest upgrade) Enhanced, Proficient, Elite (this matches the character tools upgrade naming schema)
