One man crew personal cargo hauler
- surviaval ready - personal hauler (but you can bring one crewmember with you) - great first person cockpit view - surface-to-orbit and orbit-to-surface haul (100t-500t reccomended cargo mass at 1g earthlike worlds) - space cargo haul - atmospheric cargo haul - jump drive is optional for long range space runs. Replace with hull blocks if unnecessary. - cheap and fast - pressurised interior (medbay and cockpit only, no airlocks, depressurise if you need to enter space in suit) - medbay and cryochamber - able to establish a base or station - landing and take off even at moon (with back ion thrusters to brake speed, but you may brake landing gear)
The rules are to keep speed and 10-20 degrees angle. You should keep your speed low at atmosphere entrence. Back Ion thrusters can help you lower the speed. It may take some practice. Entrance with empty cargo bay is easy, when its full it can be quite a challenge.
