Okeanos is considered a paradise for most... unless you dont like rain...
The downpours on this habitable moon are said to last for days at some times of year as such it remains empty most of the time, with the exception of the dry seasons that see a rush of eager holiday goers descend on this normally peaceful world.
Many thanks to Doctor Octoganapus for the awesome guides that helped me figure this out and Cptarthur for sharing the Palmtrees! Any advice for improvements please approach me!
