Get to just below the exobase, where gravity is still 0.05, build this gravity-aligned, reselect the beacon reference in the AI Recorder control panel and hit "play" on it. The AI's align-to-P-gravity autolevel tends to drift up over time, when it drifts to a lower (this is set for no) gravity the event controller noodges the beacon down until it's back in gravity again.
