Ore Compactor

Adds Ore Compactor and Ore Expander blocks for Large and Small grid.

This should allow you to mine large amounts of ore with a small grid miner. For example, a you could place Ranged Drills on your X-Wing and have a blast.

Blocks found in Production category.

Compactor will automatically shrink ore down 100:1.
Expander will automatically expand it to normal ores.
*Consider turning the compactor off when not is use, otherwise you might get a loop going when parked :)

Works for Stone, Scrap, Ice and all Vanilla Ores.

Compactor is very fast and cheap to run.
Expander will expand ore equal to a basic refinery or half of a full refinery speed.
Small Grid Expander is half the speed and power cost of large.
Ice will expand equal to 1 large O2 Gen on large grid or 2.5 small grid o2 gens on small grid (at default 3x rates).

This is not heavily balanced, I just really wanted a good option for console players as they cant use things like item teleports.
