Oxygen Thrusters

A (dirty) first attempt at making Oxygen based thrusters. At this point they use the vanilla models and general stats of Hydrogen thrusters. Balancing is still needed. Please put any comments, requests or ideas for balancing in the Steam mod discussion thread. To be completely honest I know these need some customization and balancing but I'm not sure exactly where to go with them. If you have any suggestions please let me know! I appreciate your feedback!

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT USE HYDROGEN THRUSTERS AND OXYGEN THRUSTERS ON THE SAME GRID (INCLUDING SUBGRIDS). SE DOES NOT HANDLE O2/H2 DEPLETION CORRECTLY IF BOTH ARE ON THE SAME GID/SUBGRID SHIP.
