Prototech Ore Dectector

Prototech Ore Detector with 300m Range.
Now includes Small Grid version with 250m Range.
Both are animated.
Non-repairable at services termina like other prototech blocks.
Adjusted build times and comps slightly to match more standard prototech.

Does not include new encounters that include this item.
