Static drills is a mod that will add 3 new blocks to the game
Each of these blocks have the ability to mine whatever ore type is below them
This is great for servers because it will increase server performance, decrease the amount of voxel edits, and encourage base and outpost game play.
Static drills work with all ore types modded or unmodded any place were there are voxels.
Drills will lose efficiency when they are near each other (any drills that are mining the same ore type within 50 meters of another will greatly impact the performance of the drill. The exact % is dependent on the distance)
Drill has to be in a voxel to start mining and the colors are below,
Color codes: Red = Nothing Yellow = Full or unbuilt Orange = Functional Aqua = Detected ore
Works on both DS and singleplayer and works very well with the Pipelines mod!
