Just a relatively simple scissor lift.

Features:
* Extends to allow reach of over 10 meters * Ladder for access without a jetpack * Spacious lift basket * Small cargo in the basket (perfect spot for a spare bottle) * Lights on both the base and the basket * Remote control on base grid to allow driving from the basket * Pre-configured for Piston and Rotor Keybind script * Several spare timers, as well as an action relay
Height adjusted with pitch up/down (mouse up/down, or arrow keys up/down)
If you can't use scripts, or would just rather not, it could be converted to toolbar control fairly easily. Just ensure that all hinges move in the same direction and at the same speed. Negative 90 degrees is fully lowered and 0 degrees is fully raised.
