Produced by Incom & Subpro corporations, ARC-170 (Aggressive ReConnaissance) Starfighter was heavy fighter used in service of Galactic Republic. Very durable, used by 3 pilots, packed with bunch of good armament, ARC-170 was very excellent starfighter unit in any situation on battlefield. Almost impossible to dogfight against, ARC-170 was very popular among clone pilots. It's only weakness was requirement for 3 pilots, which made risk of losing three experienced people at one lost starfighter. They were used until early Empire era, but shortly after, replaced with TIE series, which were more cheaper and less durable compared to old but gold ARC-170.
