Tiered tech blocks + added new unique blocks, like forcefieled hangar doors.
- slightly adjusted specs of some blocks from mod Tiered tech blocks. Tiered weapons removed. Added Tiered modules and more.
Craftable tier components: T1 with vanilla basic ores T2 with vanilla basic and rare ores T3 with T2 and new unique ore procesed with unique and expensive refinery T4 craftable with T3 and Prototech loot in unique and expensive Assembler.
Some T4 blocks has "unique" look.
