Disables it for NPC grids. Monitors if owner changes once every few seconds.
+ Polished for use in DS (and used in DS by me): optimized net messages spam (queue and limit). + Fixed some crashes. + Fixed brief control loss with grid spinning after disconnecting connector or landing gear. + Fixed edge cases with unsolvable thruster configurations - now they solve to "good enough" instead of not calibrating whole side thrust.
