TSO - Adv Rotor with 3x3 Small Head

This block is now vanilla again and is here as legacy.

I created this block when Keen changed the Adv Rotor LG. Originally the Adv Rotor was 3x3 for small head. Keen changed it to be 1x1. When Keen did this, I created this mod. A few updates from Keen and they reverted back to the Adv Rotor with 3x3 which made this mod unnecessary.

I create a mod to have Large Grid Advanced Rotor with adding "Small Head" will give 1x1 TSO - Adv Rotor with 1x1 Small Head

Large Advanced Rotor that adds a 3x3 Small Block Head from the control panel.
