Turns Ultra DS

Works on PC or Console.

I started out with this mod as a mod for only my own server, but I am now going to support this for a while.
More improvements will come with time.

Special Instructions:
If you are adding this mod to an existing server, you should go into space master, check ignore safe zones, and delete any npc outposts that have been created. They will respawn in the same place. Pirates cannot spawn from outposts that were created before this mod was installed.

Things to take note of:
Any enemy NPC faction can spawn drones and attack you. The spawn distance is set fairly low. I'm open to discussing how these should work. Also, the drone ai is fairly dumb right now. This will get an upgrade. I will also be adding new types of drones to enhance how bot spawning works. (Think of bots having the ability to spawn other bots depending on the situation)

Many minor changes have been made to the base game, including:

-grid speed small 250, large 200
-400 m/s missiles
-adjusted economy prices
-low cost zone chips
-more ships available at trade stations
-enhanced drone behaviors
-pirate antenna enhancements
-more pirate drone types
-moon rovers as planet respawn ship
-engineering tokens
-more NPC faction name variants
-less lightning damage
-enemy trade stations can spawn pirates
-Added many enhanced parts (Parts + category)

The DLC parts will be modded in the next update, as well as weapons.
