Description

Although crew quarter related technologies are not usually a priority for TVSI's Technology division, a recent lack of modular mess hall components available on the open market has prompted TVSI-Tech to produce a set of Mess Hall parts. Available in both full height Galley parts as well as free-standing counters, the modular system allows for the building of continuous fitted units including all the technologies necessary for catering in space enviroments. Advanced features provide safety in the event of gravity failue, including magnetic pan locks, inbuild fire supression systems and locking systems.

Rev 2 adds the same parts and of the same size to the small ship grid.

Author Notes

I'm currently considering this one a BETA. There's so much to it, I fear there's always going to be something else that needs doing, but what I really need now is some feedback so I'm putting it up.

I am not currently happy with the Marble worktops in DX11... turns out Marble seems to be one of the hardest things to make in Physics Based Rendering - just my luck!

Each part currently comes with at least two build states and is fully survival ready.

The currently planned Rev 1 parts include:

Provided with no stipulations for personal use; may be used freely for workshop entries, private/public servers and competition entries. It is polite but not required to have a mod listing for workshop submissions.

May be freely redistributed without prior permission via steam collections and also through custom mod re-packs (credit and link required on workshop item).

May not be redistributed with any changes. This include (but is not limited to) renaming the part(s), changing any performance related stat, changing the grid size and using any texture or model for other purposes.
