The Dropship 77-Troop Carrier, abbreviated D77-TC, or more commonly known as the Pelican, is an extremely versatile aircraft used by the UNSC. Used mainly for medium-lift operations of various personnel, vehicles and equipment, it can also be used as a powerful support gunship.

*NOTES:
[1] - After weeks of reworking, it's finally done! The original D77-TC will still remain up (as a backup) as is contains more functions that this version. In addition, it will remain in on the workshop in the event that supergrids are patched in the future.
[2] - Do not unlock the advanced rotors holding the rear engines. They will aim downwards due to the weight of the engines; it will look weird when flying.
