Upgradeable Thrusters

We here at AVTech have struggled for a long time with the limitations of our current thruster technology. Even the smallest of drones ended up a ball of thrusters which is not only unpleasent to look at, but also highly dangerous for everyone involved (including pilots; get better soon Haley, we're sure that won't scar).

We had our lead researchers working round the clock on how we could speed things up, literally. With a bit of inspiration from our refineries (as well as parts from said refineries, it'll be fine~) we've designed a collection of thrusters that accept External Enhancement Equipment (E^3) to improve the force output and with some versions much needed durability from attacks to the nozzle end.

But since our standard issue thrusters do not easy accept E^3's we had to design a whole new custom lineup of thrusters. Without E^3 they are just like normal thrusters, but the power comes when E^3's are equipped, each tier level of E^3 will boost the thruster output by 2, 4, 8, and 16 times for T1, 2, 3, 4 respectiveily. Do note that this extra thurst does cost extra power/hydrogen, but with the provided spreadsheet you'll find that our new system is much more effective then our standard issue solution.

This mod comes with custom Large/Small Atmo, Hyrdo, and Ion thrusters placeable on large and small grids. There are also 4 Tiers of thrust upgrades that come in standard, cube, and slope. The upgrades are attached to the business end of the thruster (yep over the flaming death part) and will boost the thrust output and the power/fuel requirements.

There is a config file that will be created in the world storage (in the save game directory) that will allow you to adjust the thrust and power multiplier. The default Thrust is 1 (T1: 2x, T2: 4x, T3: 8x, T4: 16x) and Power Consumption is 0.9. The config file will accept a decimal value > 0.1.

Why I made this. I love the tiered thrusters mod ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=642589539 ), that's why I tried to loosely base the numbers off of what he did for his pack. I just thought it would be cool to have the ability to upgrade thrusters like we do production blocks. Plus I just wanted an excuse to make some custom thrusters :D

One other benefit is that if others in the community want to make additional upgrade components (adding more tiers if you will) they could easily do so. in the spreadsheet under "Upgrade Modules" is the Definition for an upgrade module, I will work on getting some pictures in there for how to setup the model if people are interested.

The upgrade code is based off of keen's mod from WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY back, I just managed to fumble my way into making it work.
