[USSP] Il-176 Toukan

The Il-176 "Toukan" is a light multipurpose SSTO transport designed by the Ilyushin Design Bureau in the year 2060. This all-environment craft is somewhat cheap and fast to manufacture, and can fulfill a great many roles.

The "Toukan" comes equipped with very powerful upwards thrust, a medical suite, high storage capacity, a cryosleep chamber, seats for two crew, and defensive armament capable of shooting down pesky fighters. It is capable of entering and breaking atmosphere in planets with gravity up to 1 G with a maximum safe load of 1 million kilograms. (However, be aware that the hydrogen thrust can result in decreased loiter time in high-G gravity wells.)

The "Toukan" is (as always) server and survival-friendly, modless, and utilizes 1 optional rotor to house a slaved rotor turret, although this can be replaced with a normal turret if you wish.
