V.M.E Light-Duty Truck --vanilla

The G.CS-LDT-1 Light-Duty Truck by Valkyrja - Maintenance & Engineering is a hydrogen-powered, All-Wheel-Drive Utility-Vehicle for both civilian and military applications.

Being the smallest truck currently offered by V.M.E, the LDT-1 comes with a selection of equipment to serve as a basic platform for various tasks, ranging from personell transportation, exploration and recon up to long range expeditions into hazardous territory, while towing a variaty of trailers, holding critical mission-equipment.

This item is survival-ready! It is fully conveyor-linked, thruster-damage compatible and uses no mods or subgrids.

Keep in mind that wheels technicaly count as subgrids. So you will see a warning when loading it into a projector. The wheels should attach automaticly when building this item. If not, navigate to Toolbar 3 and press [1].

• The LDT-1 is light, four-wheel-drive, single-seat utility vehicle, developed by V.M.E as an affordable personal and commercial off-roader that can be deployed on almost every colony that is somewhat habitable for man. A connected air-vent filters oxygen into the drivers cabin. If no atmosphere is present, the vehicle can produce air directly from ice.
• While lacking armament, protection and space for tactical equipment, the LDT-1 still found its place into law enforcement and some colonies militia.
• Driven by an Hydrogen Engine, the truck holds a total of four small hydrogen tanks and has the ability to produce additional fuel and oxygen through its onboard o2/h2-generator. Two Hydrogen Boosters enable the vehicle to quickly accelerate out of a dangerous situation or climb steep hills. This feature has to be used with caution, though.
• A large battery serves as capacitor to face powerspikes and store additional energy.
• A set of two small cargo containers provide personal cargo space. In order to extend its limited capabilities, the LDT-1 comes with a tow hitch that can be utilized to combine it with a variaty of trailers.
